The judge just needs to proclaim that the public is free to corner cross. No ifs, ands or buts! Private land owners cannot keep the public out of public land. Nor can they keep private landowners out of their landlocked holdings. This in no way infringes on the rights of private landowners.
I guess I'm the one getting arrested. If there's 3 lanes going one direction I drive in the middle. Usually 5 or so over. If someone needs to pass me they have 2 lanes to do so.
College is vastly overrated and over priced. Most 4 degrees could be earned in half the schooling they now require. The "liberal arts" portion of college is just filler courses that serve only to enrich the schools.

I am curious as to how old you are. I am 52. Right as the covid lockdowns hit in 2020 I had an intradural herniation of my L1 or L2. It really smashed the nerve roots to the point that I could barely walk 5 days in. I had surgery to remove the disc fragments 1 week after the initial injury...
If I own land with no apparent access, a court will appoint a right of way. It will cross someone's land. Why should public land be any different? I remember an episode of Fresh Tracks where Randy chartered a helicopter to get into a tract of public land. That should never be necessary.
