    Warmer Sleeping Bag

    I have had great luck with bag liners mine was cheap ways just over 1/2 pound and if temps are going to be in the 30s or less i use it in my 20 degree down bag. It does take up space and adds weight but the comfort is worth it. I also agree that a good ground pad is necessary.

    I have had great luck with toyos currently have the AT2 10ply with 67k miles on my 14 GMC 1/2. They are not the quietest tire and they tend to have a flat spot when you are start out in the morning(it goes away after 10 miles).     Great info and resources listed above. One thing I might add, look for barriers that would prevent or discourage others from going into the area. This can be boulder fields, rock slides, ultra steep side hills, cliffs, heavy blow down areas, and primitive boundaries (keeps the cattle/sheep out)...
