Suck for these people.
There are many reasons develping/third world countries lag behind the rest of the world, lack of common sense and logic are a huge part of it. I haven't heard of those guys, looks like their base camp is ~12-15 miles southwest of where we operate and in a part of the Flat Tops I haven't seen yet, north of Rifle and New Castle.
