Probably but I still don't think you will ever be able to get an accurate data. For example where I live if you own 5 acres or more you don't have to purchase a hunting license to hunt your own property. Yes mostly correct, there has been quite a few lost to development, more houses on the landscape and subdivisions being added. I've contemplated using go hunt or top rut but haven't so far. I kinda find it fun trying to figure out the draw odds using my own research but that hasn't paid off as of yet. I guess I'm a quitter too! I quit applying for elk tags in my home state of Kentucky 3 years ago. Just got tired of never being drawn but watching the same TV hunters get tags year after year really pissed me off.
