Oh yea I know what you mean. I have never used it personally but i have knows a few other guys on some forums who have. Apparently they hold your money in escrow until the order is completed similar to how a paypal transaction works. You can do a search for how to process works and find some...

Have you looked in to Alibaba? Most of the times the decoys listed are the same molds of the stuff you see here. Prices are usually under $10 a decoy with something like a 200 piece min order. Not a bad deal for a volume spread or to split with a few guys.
