Yep. At the time the doctors said there is no Lyme in Idaho. It was the theme for many years in many western states. I’d fill my freeze full of tuna
10-20 second sear on both sides on hot flat top. Wasabi, ponzu and soy mixture Sauce for dipping. We do it every year in elk camp. Quick easy and incredible, especially albacore.- Jezz
