If you're actually considering opportunities for your kids as well as hunting, then I'd say Utah or Colorado. If it was just hunting then Alaska, Wyoming, Idaho, Montana.- Irishman

2024 Draw results
Not a birth right, more to do with living here and having to pay Montana State taxes. It's not just NR they don't want hunting, it's residents from anywhere else in the state. License plates from different counties are frowned upon during hunting season. 😀 -

Pyramid Lumber in Seeley Lake, MT Closing
Sorry to see this happen to Pyramid Lumber and the town of Seely Lake. I've managed sawmills that got shut down. Some people will have worked there since high-school for maybe 30 plus years, and not worked anywhere else, making it hard to find other employment even if willing to relocate...- Irishman

Montana Fentanyl and Meth. Mexican Drug Cartel Focus.
