Idaho Elk hunt
With the A tag he has the 25th to the 29th of October to hunt antlered only, centerfire or any weapon. Plus two more muzzle loader hunts starting in November. -

Snow was pretty high. It snowed hard twice where I was camped, at Round Knob, I think it's around 6k'. By the time I got down to Iron Phone Junction, the snow was pretty much gone. -

Everyone I talked to was getting into Elk. They did find a packer, either out of Grangeville or Riggins can't remember. Weather is starting to look great with the temps dropping and some rain moving through the area. 7mm- I will post pics after I get back. -
