    Like Phutch says, the breaks rams are interesting because the rules many use in a lot of other areas don't apply! You can't judge by age, as a 10 yr old ram might have 14.5" X 36 and a 6 year old might be 17 X 43. Is it 680 or 622 she has?

    Just second guessing myself with this boy who is recoil sensitive... he's doing fine with my daughters 243 but is fairly scared of his moms 308. Would like to take the step up from 243 though.

    Thanks all. With the big jump in recoil energy between 308 and 7, I think I'll probably lean toward the 6.5 or 7. Just to be safe, especially since they'll both kill with authority.
