It would be nice if every state offered an easy way to have your animals tested prior to consumption. My neighbor died of CJD several years ago. Anybody Buying Yet? Where’s the Bottom?
👍 Any thoughts on what the fixed rate will be next month? I don't know enough about how the rate is established to know how it will compare to the current rate. Where I intend it to be a long-term hold, I feel like the fixed rate is more important to me than the variable rate.- grizzly_

This is the proverbial "money under the mattress" fund. Cash has lost nearly half it's value since 2000 and I don't want to have to be chasing CDs every 6-12 months for the next 30 years just to stay up with inflation. Plus, it's only tied up for 12 months, and the 3 month penalty is gone after...- grizzly_

I've run a cumulative draw odds spreadsheet for all my apps for well over a decade. Then they update after each Unsuccessful to the odds of drawing a remaining tag so I always know in "real time." I have almost as much fun doing app season as I do hunting. Almost.- grizzly_
