I recently got a smoking deal on a 15-45x60mm Leupold Ventana. It's a nice spotter that fit within my budget. The seller took great care of it, the rubberized coating is in great shape and more importantly the glass is immaculate, but judging from the smell, he was a heavy smoker.

I second the above comments. There is lots of chuckar and quail habitat and birds you can be home by lunch by. Also there is some waterfowl opportunities too
