How bad is a 3/4 ton truck off road?
The camper did the trick. I owned that truck and it was hella stiff compared to a standard superduty and certainly an F150. My wife wouldn’t even drive it :)- Clearedhot1

Whats your daily driver?
2021 F150 with the baby eco boost. I came from a SD tremor 7.3 and was getting killed in fuel costs….and that was under Trump. Sold the camper and downsized. With the baby I’m pushing almost 21mpg spilt between city and highway.- Clearedhot1

New Tire Opinions
I had the Duratrecs on my old superduty. Great all around tire for all around weather and field conditions in IL. Also towed with them and they held good. I now have a set on my F150 and am curious how many miles I will get out of them. Road noise is minimal.- Clearedhot1

Like others, I have used melatonin and Z quil. Trying to get off that crap now in my 40’s though, and have started falling asleep to meditation noise. Insight Timer is a free download and if you can find the right narrator (I seek a raspy, slow talking woman), she puts me right to bed telling me...- Clearedhot1

Throw it in the washer on delicate. I used to play the bathtub game and then realized that if the pack can’t withstand a delicate cycle, it probably shouldn’t be in the woods either.- Clearedhot1

Mystery Ranch Metcalf Fit
Kifaru does a video on this to show if a buyer needs curved stays in their pack. Basically stand against a wall. If you can place your fist in the space between your lower back and wall with minimal effort, you have a “curved” back. A small % of the population does. If that’s the case you might...- Clearedhot1

Equipment questions
The first year is the most expensive year. Buy what fits best and don’t be timid about spending extra for quality stuff. Most of it will last much longer. I don’t use Kuiu but these Kifaru packs are in a league of their own regarding comfort and strength. Good luck!- Clearedhot1
