I'm retired but do a part time gig at our beach here [Rockport Tx.] We have shut down boat ramp and beach. I miss the people and fishing reports already.
Got one of those surplus sale guns in 1963 for 30 dollars. Dad picked them from a counter. All where new in pieces wrapped in paper. We got 2 Match grades with noise reducers on barrels and Monte Carlo stocks. Shot 110gr Serra Hollow point hand loads out of them. Still have mine with Redfield...
I've got a series 1 and 2 both .308. Hornady seems best in both. However Winchester 168gr HPBT match load Target is right there with Hornady in the series 2 gun.
The guy got me so wound up on public land Elk hunting last year I spent 4 days of my 5 day deer hunt in Sam Houston Natl. Forest in Texas Elk hunting. I do have to admit I did get better at my Bugling and Cow calling.
Well I ran across a cave that had old writings and painting on the walls. It described something just like this virus and how it was stopped. All we have to do is throw a Virgin in a volcano. We Are Doomed.
I've been staying home and inside a lot more. There's a woman staying here too seems real nice and good looking. I ask who she was she said "Wife". Strange name but nice person. So I am making new friends and watching Fresh Tracks reruns.
