Catch All Fishing Thread
Turkeys have been absolutely kicking my ass this year. Laying in bed awake at 4am I said “F it. I’m going fishing!” Great morning on the water. My son gets married next weekend so I am trying to catch enough catfish for a fish fry while all the family is in town.- blueridge

Barnes now loading 280ai ammo? 152g LRX
Tried them out this afternoon. 8 shot group just over an inch. I'll take that. Bought another couple boxes. Load development done! :LOL: (I have a really good handload with 143gr HH's as well.) Having only one rifle would be weird, and no fun, but if so I think the 280 AI would be it for me.- blueridge

I think you're right. I bet I changed it to 0-1700 thinking it was going like a 22lr, when it's actually coming out at 2400fps. I will try it again soon and make sure I have that correct setting and see what happens.- blueridge

Barnes now loading 280ai ammo? 152g LRX
Graf’s has them in stock as of now. I bought a box to see how they shoot and if they stabilize in my 1:9 (800’ elevation). Strange that you can’t buy the 152gr LRX bullet as a component. Would hand roll if so.- blueridge
