How many of you gents go spot & stalk lopes with no decoy?
Nice bucks! Were you stalking solo holding the decoy in front of you or did you have some help holding the decoy? I only ask because I’m gonna be solo the majority of my outings. Just curious if it makes it difficult holding bow and decoy together. -

As a Coloradan, good Antelope opportunities with a rifle are kind of hard to draw and take some points. CO sheep, mountain goat, pronghorn...
I believe my uncle will be giving a quick recap of his sheep hunt at the banquet because the tag is going to go to auction the next few years. He shot a 180" tank out on the Purgatoire Canyon that'll be mounted up for everybody to see.- Bamaboy16

Hello point creep! I'm all for opportunity and I know buying a mandatory hunting license as a nonresident sucks even if you're just getting points, but Colorado can't make it this easy or we will be absolutely flooded with point creep in the coming years. School/Mass shootings what's the answer?
I get what you're saying, in the heat of the moment a security guard may not be able to react in enough time to save more lives. BUT, having multiple armed guards is at least a deterrent in the planning of an attack on a specific venue. But regarding the school shootings only, these cowards...- Bamaboy16

Colorado Mule Deer question
I will say that the Sarvis Creek Wilderness is a hell hole of blown down timber that takes up the majority of unit 15. I've poked around in there with a bow for Elk, I'm not sure how conducive to rifle deer hunting it would be unless you found a meadow within the maze of blow down and sat on it... -

AZ points/hunting license
If I'm understanding this right you can get two apps for Elk and Pronghorn out of 1 license but because of dates and app periods I would assume you couldn't get Elk, Pronghorn, and Deer twice on 1 license correct? It would only work for one of the app periods- Bamaboy16

Right, 116 is the road I mentioned that you eventually dead end into private when you head North. But if you look on OnXmaps you can walk all the way up to that big western portion of BLM. If you head north up those oil roads and drive as far as you can until you have to park, you can hoof it up... -

I took a solo trip up to 113 this past October with a Type 1 tag. I got there on a Thursday the 3rd week of the season and literally had the unit to myself, I couldn't believe it. There is a massive patch of BLM on the western portion of the unit that is inaccessible by road but you can walk...
