Roasted the brussel sprouts in olive oil and a little fish sauce, sauteed the mushrooms and broccoli. For the ground elk I browned it and then simmered it with brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, ground ginger, crushed red pepper and gochujang for some extra heat and flavor.

Hey Jim. I browned the elk burger and then simmered it with brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, crushed red pepper, ground ginger and gochujang. Served over brown rice and topped with roasted brussel sprouts and sauteed mushrooms and broccoli. If you have any questions let me know.
