Quail hunting AZ

Heading out to Phoenix for a work/vacation trip next week. I was thinking about bringing my shotgun to chase some quail around. I was wondering if anyone on here would have any ideas on good places to hit up for a quick hunt. Any thoughts on this are much appreciated!

Just north of PHX. I-17 to to Table Mesa Rd. head west approx 3 mi. hunt south to the
base of largest Mtn.(spring at base)Lots of Gambels.Good Luck!

That would be pretty close, or head east to the south of the superstitions north on Peralta road. Another spot loaded with quail, but a little further of a drive. Nice scenery though.

With all the rain this winter, and hopefully the monsoons in the summer, it should be an amazing fall 2019. Fingers crossed!
