I’ve hunted cow elk on the Oregon coast for a long time but never hunted the general bull rifle season in November. For those who have hunted during that time, do the Bulls generally hide out in low elevations like creek drainages, or up on the ridge tops?
I’m looking over my maps trying to find areas away from roads that I will be able to access this year, but would like to know what terrain to look for more specifically.
