Here's a fave recipe for skinless pheasant breasts.
Take breasts off bone.
Mix garlic salt, pepper, oregano & basil & flour with finely-ground BBQ Potato Chips.
Egg-wash breasts, roll in breading.
Fry 'til golden in olive oil.
Simple, easy and delicious.
