New addition to our cooking arsenal for working parents looking for dinner short-cuts.
Anybody have any game recipes they care to pass along?

Korean BBQ (good for elk, venison, antelope, bison, pork or beef):

1. Quickly pan sear a 3-4 pound roast and place in crock-pot
2. Mix the following ingredients in a bowl:
- 1 cup Canadian Ginger Ale
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 Tbs lime juice
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 3 tsp honey
- 6 tsp rice wine vinegar
- a few "pinches" of ginger powder to taste
- 2-3 cups brown sugar to taste
- Sesame seeds to taste
3. Add mixture to the crockpot
4. Slow cook on low for 6-8 hours
5. Remove meat and shred with forks
6. Add back to the residual liquid in the crock pot

Serve with sweet rolls/buns and coleslaw
