Zinke to step down by the end of December

Not sure what to think of this. The devil you know is better than the devil you don't, kind of thing, but Ryan Zinke is out as Secretary of the Interior.

Probably agreed to a 2 year hitch from the get go. The lame duckery is just getting started on Trumps term, but a lot can get done while everyone’s arguing about the border. We shall see.
