Dick's Sporting Goods considers removing all hunting gear from stores

They are up 5 and change from a year ago, is that significant?

My comparison was for YTD, not 1yr, that said I show a close of $30.14 on Dec 4 2017....compared to trading around $37 right now. Below are the YTDs for the indexes, Dicks and one of their competitors.

DJI - 4.33%
NAS - 7.64%
S&P - 4.23%
Dicks - 28.6%
Sportsmans Warehouse (for comparison) - (32.1%)

Thanks for the insight. I'm not a real studier of the stock market. I do know land seems to always increase in value and that works for me.
I'm surprised Sporstmens isn't worse. They are going the way of Gander Mntn.

Dicks will survive the lack of gun sales, they've got all the other crap that you need for youth and mountain sports.
