Because of drought conditions, Utah recently issued additional cow-only Bison tags (~100) for the Henry Mountains in January. My wife drew one of the tags for the second week in January.
I’m wondering if anyone has tags during the December or January hunts, or has had them in the past. Hoping for any information/recommendations about logistics, conditions or strategy for this hunt. The local BLM office has been helpful, but I’m curious what the hunttalk community has to say. After watching Randy’s videos, it looks like it will be quite the adventure!
