My girl Lu first birds

Lu and I got our 1st birds today, and she did good for a 9 month old baby girl. She listens well and did retrieve the birds with prompts but not on her own.

She is a rescue dog from MT and seems to have good natural instincts. She is the most gentle god I have ever been around.

Good on you for getting a rescue dog doing what they are bred for. I've been fortunate enough to spend some time with dogs that learned late in life what their job was, and excelled at it. Thanks for sharing the pictures of that gorgeous girl

She knows how to pose for a photo! Mine always shrinks and hides her face when I try to take pictures.
