congrats! Glad to hear you got it done and great having a brief chat with you on the trail. I recognized your face in the pics, my bud and I were scouting elk prior to the general opener and ran into you a couple miles in.

Great story, thanks for posting it. I'm sure I'll never draw but reading about it was sure fun.
I got my sheep head back from the beetle cleaner today. The cape is with the taxidermist but I don’t know if will ever have it mounted. The coolest thing about a sheep head is the mass/weight. You just can’t appreciate that once it’s mounted. Sure brings back memories of the hunt and the encounters I had with this ram and all the other rams.
Happy Easter...although it’s more like Christmas for me today.
