Honestly, I am a little surprised this hasn't been presented before. I don't see it happening, much along the lines of requiring lead free rifle ammo.

Well if this is good for hunters then it should mandatory for anyone recreating in Montana to be required to carry bear spray when they are out and about. Hiking, fishing, bird watching, photography or any activity where the person leaves the confines of their vehicle. After all we want it to be fair lol
