Hey guys are muke deer rifle tags over the counter in montana. From my research it looks like it pretty much is. I'm trying to rifle hunt for mule deer in 2019. Either western south dakota which I just purchased a point for. South eastern montana or north eastern wyoming. Can you guys help me out a little with these areas. I have not purchased points for montana or Wyoming. Just trying to gather general info on tag availability for a non resident. I'm trying to triple my chances at a tag. Thanks you guys
