Congrats wytex. The help from Eli is very cool. That is some good karma for all the help that you have provided me and many others.
 
Very nice. It’s surprising how often you bust your butt and get nothing, then next time shoot something just off the road.
 
Great story that has all the best pieces : Hunting with your wife, assistance from a another hunter who was a complete stranger, and sharing your harvest with him !! VERY refreshing !!!
 
I love it when a plan comes together. Congrats to you and your wife on a nice bull! A freezer full of elk meat is a great way to end the season.
 
Uplifting story to hear other hunters taking time out of their days to help each other out! We need more of this.
 
Thanks guys, this is not an anomaly for us. We have found most are willing to help out another hunter especially if they do not have the same tag. We try to pay it forward when we can. Good friends and strangers share spots and sightings we find, so we do the same if possible.
