BP/Cabelas Redhead Silent Stalker bibs?

Anyone have experience with these? I don't have any cold weather gear and I see they are on special at Cabelas/BP. I see these are the waterproof ones which may prove unnecessary but I typically only where stuff like this when it's cold and wet.
 
This may be late but I used these for the first time this season. They held up well, although I didn't really put it through much. They have zippers that go up the side of the legs, starting from the bottom...which was nice because I get hot and sweaty while hiking. I'd open up the sides during breaks to cool down.
