Anyone interested in this? First year they are allowing NR to apply for 25 permits.

We had hoped to just see some last fall when we were in Kodiak, but no luck. Would be a neat opportunity. The duck hunting we did up there was a blast!

Actually, this is the 2nd year for non-res to apply. Those who applied and drew last year will hunt this year. I have a friend from Iowa that drew last year and will hunt them on Cold Bay in December. Ive seen plenty of them on Adak and Cold Bay. Slam dunk if you draw, easy DIY hunt.
