I'll be in Enterprise Thursday night - Sunday night. I'd like to shoot my rifle Friday morning out to 400 or 500 yards if I can find a place. Does anyone know of any places I can do so in the area?

Lots of public land out there as well, but the rifle deer hunt opens Saturday so just be aware of that.

For anyone else that wants to shoot in this area, here's a plug for Eagle Cap Shooters:
Thanks to rtravers heads up, I contacted the president of the range. This is a private range where you must accompany a member. I told him I was in town for a couple days and he sent a text out to all of the members, I received 2 texts Friday night from members offering to take me out to shoot Saturday morning for free.
Very, very cool of them to do that. I'm in Enterprise / Joseph area 3-4 times per year, so I may end up joining as it's only $65 per year and they have a 1,000 yard range.
