I have a tripod adapter for my Vortex binos. Where do you all keep this thing when your not using the binos? In your harness? Pack? Pocket? With your tripod somehow? It’s kind of a weird shape and I’m sure wherever I put it will be the last place i want it when I’m actually in the field. Thanks

Depending on which one you're using, there are a couple methods.
If you're using this one, I left mine attached to the tripod plate in my pack with the screw always attached to my binos. I've since switched to their uni-dapter and it will fit in my bino harness still attached to the glass.

I keep mine on a plate in my tripod case when not hunting. While hunting, it stays on the tripod.
I also keep a "y" yoke on a plate for long range shots, but usually just use my AGC bino case or pack as a rest if the brush isn't to tall.

Check out the Outdoorsman tripod/bino adapter. Worth every penny. Quick detach.
