First Bear!!

66A48482-F1A0-4082-BD00-916FE402CA35.jpgI was able to harvest my first bear and it was with a bow. Was out looking for a moose for the wife the night before the opener and stumbled across this bear. Didn’t find the wife a moose but plenty of time in the Montana season. Located a lot of cows and calves

bout turned my monitor upside-down then Kansasdad flipped it... Thankfully the monitor still works after hearing whatever it was pinballin' around within. :)

Very nice with a bow? Grats! Great time with some, "proud of dad" children!

The funny part is the girl is my only child. We have such a great group of friends That if one can’t come we still try to include everyone else’s kids. Yes with my bow also
 
Congrats to you sir and all the more special having your family there with you.

I was lucky enough to get my first bear a few month's ago in June. For me anyway, those critters are addicting.
