    Great deer. Sounds like a fun hunt. I have a friend in Nevada who really prefers the muzzleloader season, and this a great example why. Congratulations!

    I have always preferred it for the weather and general lack of crowds. It seems that as the deer shed their velvet, that they become different for a while, making it a bit more challenging to hunt as well.
