The first link basically says he’s an originist instead of a revisionist.
Is that a bad thing?


The second says that our elected officials should look at his record carefully.
Well no kidding. That’s their job.

Not for me. His interpretation about money in politics and his reluctance to release his own records (and allowing the national archives to hide his records from view) on top of his being appointed by a man whom he may well have to sit judgement on sooner rather than later mean, to me, that he's unqualified.
