This letter by Idaho Sheriff's Association President Kieran Donahue was published in the Idaho Statesman yesterday. He pulls no punches. Good reading.

One of my favorite quotes: "The property rights sponsors were looking after their own interests but forgot that civil rights are as important as property rights."

Excellent article. Its too bad a few large out of state landowners have to come in and ruin what has been working for years, just because they want to look out for their own interests.

Great points. Props to Sheriff Donahue. Tried to share these concerns with my state representatives but they signed the bill into law anyway. I hope they read this article.
