Listened to The Rich Outdoors podcast eps 252 with Rob Gearing of Spartan precision equipment and found it to be a very interesting conversation.
Rob is from Britain and through the conversation he explained a lot of how hunting is viewed in Britian and Europe, how game is managed and how opportunity is limited. Even discussed how the hunting culture was in Britian even 20 years ago and how much it has changed.
Give it a listen if you want and have the time. I found it very intriguing and relevant to America today. Made me realize or reaffirm what I already knew of just how lucky we are. Weather hunting or recreating on public land is your life, passion, hobby, exercise, or excuse to get out of the house, right now we have the opportunity to do so.
