Just saw that SWFA offers the SS in 2.5-10x32 Ultralight that weighs in at a 9.5 ounces . I know that this line of scopes have a pretty good reputation but didn't know they made an ultralight version. Wonder if it compares to Leupold VX2 ultralight?

With an eye relief of 2.55" on the low end I don't see me having a need for one. IMO, that kills it for anything I have other than a 22lr.

Can't say it floats my boat, though I've had good experience with SWFA products.

yeah it was just a curiosity in an attempt to save weight on a future project. Spend too much $ on gear already this year anyway so a "what-if" build is out of the question.
