I was trying to figure out how they come up with the leftover tag allocation for antelope in Wyoming . Based on the draw odds there should be more tags in the one unit I checked. The only thing I can think of is that this doesn't reflect landowner tags etc. Just curious.

Landowner licenses are not shown in demand reports, resident or non resident.

Every 1st choice app shows in the demand reports. The computer does not combine any apps.

The quotas given in the demand reports aren't accurate. You need to get the correct figure for each area from the hunting regulations for antelope. There is no way to know from the demand reports how many residents drew tags. Any unissued resident tags get rolled into the non-resident quota. Those with preference points get first crack.
