Wildfire season

So it's here, wildfire season.
Praying for those down in Colorado affected now.

New small fire along Colorado/Wyoming border near Laramie. I can smell the smoke in town.

Careful please, folks that are coming up or over to scout this summer. It may be a rough summer if monsoon rains don't materialize.

Keep those firefighters in your thoughts, stay safe.

According to this drought map we are not even in a drought for most of Wyoming, but it sure seems awfully dry IMO. I was just over on Jelm mountain last weekend and the mosquitos were even bad all the way on top so I feel for those working over there.

Looking at the map it appears we may see massive fires in Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, etc as well.
