Found these big morels with my Grandfather at the family farm yesterday evening. Biggest I’ve ever found, but I only casually hunt for them.

Holy mushrooms batman !! Those are massive. I've never seen ones that big, even down in Texas,lol.
How long is your season, down south it is well over. We hardly ever find any over here, found some fall morels one year by happenstance in the forest, never again though.

We get them April into May. I actually thought they were done, but we have had a lot of rain and cooler weather. My pap and I just happened to stumble across these big ones.

Those are some big ones. It has been a while since I've found any even close to that size. Most times the underbrush gets up too tall to see them. Good find
