I needed a quick meal the other night and wanted to use up a few things I had in the frig.
I didnt have an onion so I used a bit of onion powder. I used venision loin from a small buck i shot this year. No time for marinading or fuss. I used some chili powder , paprika , cayanne , salt , pepper and cummin as a seasoning. They were very fresh tasting and I enjoyed them. Next time i think instead of slicing the loin and browing it I would brown the loin first then slice it so the venison would be more rare. But it was tender even the way I did it.

looks delish. I've done something similar with Antelope and it turned out great.
