Turkey chili

Oh man! That looks amazing. I've yet to harvest a turkey. I hunted by Esterbrook four separate days and at Vedauwoo one day. I'll give it one more shot this weekend.

Well my recipe is in my head but I'll try.
1-1/2 lbs cubed meat
8-10 roasted green chiles
4-5 tomatillos
1 large box Chicken stock
2-3 cloves garlic, diced
1 white onion, diced, I use about 1/2 a large one
1 tsp mexican oregano
1 tsp cumin
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 can tomatoes with green chilis, Rotel
salt and pepper to taste, about 1 tsp each

Brown the meat remove from pot, brown diced onions add diced garlic. Add chicken stock, chiles and tomatillos and the rest of the ingredients.
If you want it thicker add some cornstarch.

I adjust the cumin and oregano as I like it. I also use lemon juice instead of lime, either would work.
