Just curious if anyone has any real world experience with the 110 grain EXD-X bullet in 25 cal? I like the bullet in 6.5 and 7mm, and thought about using it in my .257 Roberts.

Well my distributor finally got some in. I picked up a box today.
Will give them a try in my Ruger77 in 257 Roberts with some Hybrid 100V.

I've put together a couple different test loads for the 7mm-08. The first one using H4350, the other Varget. Both batches were pretty much the same. Started out ok, but each group was loaded with .5 grains of powder higher than the last, and each group was consecutively a little worse than the last. I'm not sure what to make of that except maybe my rifle just doesn't like them. I guess Varget was a little better, but not by much. So far I certainly haven't gotten the kind of results that I'd consider shooting at a live animal.
