That’s the gross score. Crazy thing is at 0930 the same day it had both it’s brow tines. At 1600the one brow tine was broken off. We seen the deer coming and going from the stand location several times the day he was killed. He was chasing does every time he went by the camera. My buddy who shot him was looking at camera photos when the buck came through his final time.
The taxidermist who measured it has been in business for 40 years and has some type of credentials in measuring. He measured several bucks that were at or just under 200 when he measured my buddy’s buck. There was about ten guys watching and I was one of the ten.
There was two bucks that were both at or around 190 that were locked together that had drown. While fighting. I got a picture of them somewhere on my phone.

That was the exit. He called me and told me he shot a monster. It was drizzling rain and he was not sure about the shot. I met with him shortly and we decided to wait until the morning. A possum had found it in the night and served himself some entrail vittels.
Just jaggin' ya. I figured either possum or dog...or he killed it with a backhoe...
This pic deserves to be fixed, as well...

He was excited to say the least. That man has killed his share of big bucks. He had to build an addition on his home for his trophy room. He has all kinds of trophies from out west to the Yukon hanging.

Here are the drowned bucks
If I remember correctly one is a 190 class and the other is smaller.

I can find out. The Cajuns weighed them before cutting them down. They are all about the weight. I do know the funky racked buck was the largest by far. I’ll ask and get back with you.
