I have been invited to near Leoti Kansas for Mule deer, whitetail, or antelope. The mule deer tag is harder to draw than the whitetail. Does anyone know about the quality of whitetail hunting or antelope?
 
Hunted that unit a few years ago and seen 8/12 deer a day. Biggest buck being 130ish and found a similar sized dead head. Know some people that hunt there and they have killed bucks over 150 and found sheds from bigger. Never seen any lopes in that unit but have seen them in unit 17. They were the most skittish antelope I've ever seen, biggest one being 12 inches.
