Has anyone had success transitioning an aging bird dog to shed hunting? Just curious as my girl has definitely lost a step and is no longer able to go strong all day. She is the best bird dog I have ever owned and she still has the drive to be out hunting. Shed hunting is a little slower pace and she keeps up great. Just wondering if anyone else has had any luck with this.
