Just word that my BIL (54 years old) and shooting buddy is in ICU with a brain aneurysm. He was at their off-grid cabin over the weekend. Chopping wood and was having headaches, would sit down until he felt better and kept going. Finally started feeling sick and able to call his wife to let her know he was coming home early because he didn't feel good. Put everything away, rode his sled out to where he parked and drove three hours to home! His wife took one look at him and noticed his left eye didn't look right so off to the ER. His brain surgeon said he is one lucky SOB! Only time will tell how much damage. I am sick to death after losing my best friend to same in December.
