Leupold Help?

Trying to help out a buddy...
He sent in his info for his free custom CDS dial last October. Between then and now (like 6 months) he has emailed and called several times (left messages as rarely an answer). Result he still has no dial or any idea when (or if) he ever will get it for that matter. He is obviously kind of frustrated. Anyone here have any suggestions of who to call to break this thing loose? Message me with any suggestions - thanks in advance for any help.

That's wierd. I sent a rather old Leupold vx1 into the custom shop for a reticle change and I think it was real fast. I just contacted the main custom shop email contact.

I have always gotten a good response from them. email the custom shop.

Not sure what happened, but they apologize for whatever caused the situation.
