I am going out west this fall and I was wondering if anyone uses shooting sticks or a tripod for shooting? The bogpod has a attachment for bino's for glassing.

Easton shooting sticks. I carry them unfolded all of the time and I use them like a walking stick. I cannot glass with 10 power binoculars without them. I have used 2-3 other brands and they were fine also. The Eastons are just stronger.
I have the medium and the tall ones. Never shot anything from the tall ones.

I use this on top of my spotting scope tripod. It provides the most steady rest for me and I’ve tried a bunch. If you’re using a spotting scope on your hunt as well it takes up very little additional space.F665FD39-79F7-45C4-B1A2-B07D403D3D73.jpg
